All content on Yoru Studios has been selected, licensed, and released through a formal agreement between PxP and the relevant rights holders.
These Terms of Service (together with our Content Policy and Privacy Policy) govern your access to and use of the Yoru Studios platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

PxP may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. You must be 18 or older to purchase Content or access mature-rated Works.
You do not need an account to browse the Platform. An account is required to purchase Content, leave reviews, or access personalized features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
PxP holds all rights in the Platform's look, feel, software, and non-Partner content, including text, graphics, images, audiovisual works, and marketing materials. All Works on Yoru Studios are owned by their respective Partners and licensed to PxP for distribution under the terms of each Partner Agreement.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read Works you have purchased solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
PxP's name, logo(s), and brand, including Yoru Studios™, are protected under applicable trademark laws. You may not use PxP's or any Partner's trademarks without prior written consent.
Any suggestions or feedback you submit to PxP may be used without compensation to you.
PxP reserves the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice or liability.
All Works available on Yoru Studios are published pursuant to a binding Partner Agreement. Partners retain ownership of their Works; PxP holds a licence to distribute those Works on the Platform as specified in the applicable Partner Agreement.
Yoru Studios does not accept unsolicited manuscript submissions or user-generated story uploads. All content on the Platform has been acquired through PxP's editorial and partnership process. If you are an author or publisher interested in partnering with Yoru Studios, please contact [email protected].
Partners are solely responsible for ensuring that the Works they license to PxP: (i) do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (ii) comply with all applicable laws; and (iii) conform to PxP's Content Policy. PxP is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or rights issues arising from a Partner's Content.
Works distributed through Yoru Studios are subject to PxP's editorial and quality standards as set out in each Partner Agreement. PxP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline to publish or to remove any Work that does not meet these standards, regardless of any Partner Agreement.
If you believe Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact PxP at [email protected]. For DMCA notices, follow the format at https://www.copyright.gov/dmca-directory. PxP complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will act on valid notices promptly. PxP may remove allegedly infringing Content without prior notice at its sole discretion and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Content pricing on Yoru Studios is set by PxP in coordination with each Partner pursuant to the applicable Partner Agreement. Readers may purchase access to individual chapters, full Works, or subscription tiers as available on the Platform.
A preview of each Work is available free of charge. Full access requires purchase via Stardust or a supported payment method.
Where subscription tiers are available for a Work or series, subscriptions are billed on the schedule displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You represent that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the applicable payment method. PxP partners with third-party payment processors (including Stripe, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store), and by using the Platform you agree to be bound by their applicable terms. PxP is not liable for monetary transactions processed by these third parties.
If you purchase access to any Work or Service, you agree to pay all stated fees. PxP reserves the right to suspend access if fees are not paid.
Users who initiate chargeback disputes will be permanently suspended from the Platform.
You may acquire Dust: (a) by direct purchase with a debit or credit card; (b) as a gift from PxP; (c) through authorised third-party promotions; or (d) through any other method PxP approves.
PxP may manage, modify, or eliminate Dust at its sole discretion. You will forfeit all Dust if you delete your account, PxP terminates your account, or PxP discontinues the Dust programme. Dust is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Purchases may be subject to applicable taxes and foreign exchange fees. PxP may calculate taxes based on the information in your account.
PxP does not offer refunds except in cases of verified fraud on the Platform. Contact [email protected] if you believe you have been a victim of fraud.
Works rated as mature are accessible only to users who confirm they are of legal age to view such material. Underage users who access mature-rated Works will be subject to account termination.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify PxP immediately of any unauthorised use. All registration information must be accurate and must not infringe any third-party rights. PxP reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will not be entitled to any refund or reimbursement for Dust or purchased access.
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
You shall not produce or submit material that is obscene, illegal, defamatory, hateful, threatening, or that infringes any third-party right.
PxP's obligations under these Terms are suspended to the extent prevented by circumstances beyond PxP's reasonable control, including acts of God, changes in law, embargoes, war, terrorism, natural disasters, fires, floods, strikes, power outages, or acts of hackers or third-party service providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PxP is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Platform or these Terms, regardless of legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.
PxP's total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00 USD).
If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favour at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."
You agree to indemnify and hold PxP, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of: (i) your use of the Platform; (ii) any use of your account; or (iii) your breach of these Terms.
These Terms, together with any applicable Partner Agreement (for Partners), constitute the entire agreement between you and PxP regarding the Platform. These Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned without PxP's prior written consent. PxP may freely assign these Terms.
PxP's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law. You waive the right to trial by jury and to participate in any class or representative action. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Delaware, USA.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. PxP does not endorse or control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
